Perpetual Motion is a member club of USAG (USA Gymnastics). USAG is the governing body of the sport of Gymnastics in the United States. It is from USAG sanctioned events that the U.S. National and Olympic Teams are chosen.

There are two separate competitive programs at Perpetual Motion. The first is the "Developmental Training Team". This program gives young gymnasts fundamental training to smoothly transition them from our recreational program into competative gymnastics. The second is the Perpetual Motion "Competitive Team". This program is for gymnasts who have reached USAG level 5 or higher and are seeking even more advanced gymnastics training. Both teams are "Invitation Only" programs.
